Summer closure: July 18–22 (open July 28 afternoon)
- We will be closed from July 18th to 22nd.
- We will be open in the afternoon on Tuesday, July 28.
- Regular closed days: every Wednesday, national holidays, Sundays, and sometimes Saturday.
- We are a Cigna provider.

We speak English (and Korean)
Our doctor speaks English. The assistant doctor and most of our nurses speak English, and Korean too. Our receptionists are extremely friendly. Don’t worry!

Fees without insurance & our principles
- First consultation without insurance: ¥22,000 (¥28,000 after hours).
- Anal & rectal digital examination with anoscope: ¥25,000.
- Credit cards are accepted.

Reception hours & visits without an appointment
- Reception time: 10:00–12:15 and 15:00–17:45.
- Please call us to check whether we are open on Friday afternoon.
- Please refrain from arriving without an appointment first thing at 10:00 or 15:00 unless it is an emergency — it affects all patients with appointments, and we may see you last.

About 40% of our patients are foreign residents, and visitors from more than 40 countries have received care here. The director, assistant doctor and most of our nurses speak English — and we make sure you fully understand your diagnosis and treatment before and after any procedure.

Yukihiro Sato, M.D. — Japanese certified clinic proctologist, board-certified surgeon and Helicobacter pylori infectious disease certified doctor, with ER and surgical training in Japan and the United States (USMLE).

Reception closes 15 minutes before the end of each session. The first visit at 10:00, and 3 pm affects all patients with appointment unless emergency.
